Hi!! Thank you so much for wanting to get tattooed by me! Please fill out this form below with all the necessary info to submit a request for flash. Once received I will review it and get back to you via email. Please keep in mind it may take me several weeks to a month to get back to you. Please do not double submit/email me to check in, I promise I will get back to you! If it has been more than a month feel free to contact me to check in via email.

Flash is not claimed on a first come first serve basis, weekday availability and preferred placement will be prioritized. Once something is claimed you will be put on a waitlist for it in case it becomes available again! In this case I’d go down the list to the next person and offer it to them.

I’m booked out several months right now so please be patient with me! I’m sorry if I won’t be able to get you in right away, I wish I could!! I post last minute openings on my instagram stories when they come up. Thank you SO much!!

Placement of Tattoo on Body

These are only available for arms and legs. Please be specific of upper/lower, left/right and if there are any other tattoos in the area to work around. We can always see where it fits best in person!

Deposit Policy

A $100 deposit will be required to hold your appointment once we've agreed upon a date and time. A flash design will only be reserved for you once this deposit is received. This deposit will come off the total cost of your tattoo day of. It is refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment if you need to cancel. If your deposit isn't received within a week of me offering you a date/time I will have to offer the design to the next person in line. I will send you a link to leave it once we decide on a date.

These designs are only available in palm-hand sized or bigger. No changes are to be made to any design. These designs will only be done once except in the case of matching tattoos for friends. A price quote will be given in my response email.

Tattooer Reschedule Policy

I will never give you an issue about being sick or having to cancel. If told more than 24 hours in advance you will not lose your deposit. That being said, I'm only human and on occasion I will get sick and/or have an emergency come up where I need to reschedule day of. I need to be at 100% to do my best job on your permanent tattoo. If given a hard time about needing to cancel I reserve the right to not re-book your appointment. I do my best to let you know as soon as possible and reschedule you for the earliest available appointment.
